Eaton's amorphous alloy dry-type transformers offer superior performance, safety, reliability, and environmental friendliness. They are designed to be deployed deep within load centers, meeting the demands of modern, high-density urban areas. These transformers significantly reduce both no-load and load losses. They are suitable for a wide range of locations including high-rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, airports, stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and power plants. They are particularly well-suited for installation in high-fire-risk areas, such as those with flammable and explosive materials.

Product features:
1. The core is made of amorphous alloy strip and adopts a rectangular cross-section, three-phase five column structure or three-phase three column structure. The no-load loss is reduced by three-quarters compared to ordinary dry-type transformers, and the energy-saving effect is significant;
2. The low-voltage coil is wound with copper foil, while the high-voltage coil is made of epoxy resin through vacuum casting or selected as Nomex® The insulation material adopts a continuous structure and is repeatedly impregnated with H-grade solvent-free insulation by VPI vacuum pressurization equipment, baked and cured at high temperature. It has high mechanical strength, good heat dissipation effect, and strong ability to withstand short circuits;
3. Flame retardant, explosion-proof, non polluting, and high fire protection level;
4. Low noise, small size, simple installation, and maintenance free;
5. Small partial discharge, high insulation level, and long product service life;
6. The "three-proofing" capability is outstanding, making it highly resistant to cracking.
7. After the service life of this product, it can be decomposed and recycled, and belongs to non polluting environmental products;
8. Strong overload capacity, able to operate safely for a long time under 120% load.
